    Hi.

I'm setting up a form that, when the user submits it, has to present a link to the user (on the "Thank-you-page"). The link has to include some of the input from the user.

For example: If the user gives the input: "123456" in the designated field in the form, I need the "Thank you page" to show the user a link like this: www.domain.com/lookup?input=123456

    Is this possible in Jotform?

    Best Regards

Of course, this is very much possible with JotForm. Please see this demo form:

In order to have your custom entry as part of the link on the thank you page, simply use the Form Fields button and add the field that your user will be filling to the part of your link.

For example, my form field where users are entering data is {pleaseEnter}, as can be seen in this screenshot:

Simply construct your link as http://www.domain.com/lookup?input={YourFormField} and the link will automatically change based on what is entered on that field. You can use the chain-shaped toolbar icon marked with (3) in the image above to customize a link.

Please try it out and let us know how it goes.
