Payment Issue

I created the below form previously.  Was able to add my PayPal button, tested it and it was working okay in the preview.  When I attached to button using an anchor tag to my website, the button doesn't do anything when you click it.  I came back to my form to edit and see what was wrong and deleted the submit button to try and re-attach the payment button.  I keep getting the below message.  Can you help me get this resolved?

Never mind, I believe I have it fixed.
