We are trying to open an attachments from August back and they are not available. Why is that happening?????

I have checked your email address for any registered accounts. However, I am able to find only a guest account without any forms in it. Please let us know the username or the form ID so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

It appears that attachments in August and later are no longer available. We don’t understand why they would no longer be available.

I have checked your account history log and see that some of the submissions are deleted that are about 850 on Oct 23, 2016.
I think these are the submissions that were received in the month of August or before.Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve the submissions that are already deleted. If you have integrated Google Drive/Dropbox/Box integration enabled on your JotForm, you may check the submissions/files from them.
