I am having issues receiving the password reset email for my jotform account

    I am also having an issue with the password reset email.

    It is for a sub-user.  We are have checked Junk and Quarantine folders and nothing is there.

    Which sub-user account are you trying to reset the password for but, are not receiving it at?
