I have activated "hide empty fields" but the mail are showing the fields

    The mail do not hide the empty fields.

    ¿What I have wrong?

    I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form. 

    On my cloned form I was able to resolve issue, by creating new email Notification.

    Can you please try the same?
