I have not been getting notification for my custom quote request.

    I have had someone say they filled out the quote request and I realized I hadn't seen one in a very long time... if ever.

     

    Aren't these request forms suppose email me when someone submits?

     

    Very frustrating to see so many request that never were sent to me.

    Did you just figure out the bounce email thing? There were failed logs for your email address, but one new submission is sent to your email address. If you are still having the issue, please check this guide to troubleshoot it on your end:

    Your form email settings are correct so the issue might be on your end, check if your spam filter is actively blocking Jotform.
