My form is disabledAsked by averyf on November 08, 2016 at 12:53 PM
I am trying to create a form for my Tumblr page, but the code I'm pasting only shows up as a tiny box. On JotForm I get a disabled message every time I try to preview the form. I have tried disabling and reactivating the form in the settings and I keep getting the same message in Preview. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I see that your account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each JotForm to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have manually checked your JotForm and it seems to be normal and clean.
I have activated your account and you should be able to see your JotForms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
