Why does the payments section disappear?

When I go to a previous form to edit payment section (PayPal), the entire section disappears.  I can edit the information but it does not show up on the form.

This should no longer be occurring at this time.  If your payment field still disappears when editing, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
