Clients unable to sign up due to Unique Question.

    No one can sign up for the pies it is giving an error code. I have had two sign up then now it  states:

     

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
     
    I can not figure out what is wrong.  I used this program last year and the only problem was people would enter it more than once because they did not think it went though.  I have added a thank you after the sign up.  Not sure if it is working.
     
    There is no number to contact anyone on your site I need someone to help asap I have clients calling because the site is not working.

    I cloned your form and I found out that you set a Unique Question in your form.

     

    This feature prevent multiple submissions by not allowing previously entered values. It means that the user cannot submit another "Apple" entry if someone already submitted an "Apple" entry.

    You can turn the feature off by selecting the "No Check" option in the drop down.

    I checked your form Preferences and it looks like the Unique Question option is still set to "Pie Choice".

    Please change the Unique Question to No Check and make sure to save the changes. 

    If the issue still persists, please let us know.
