Customize PDF not storing fields

    I customized a PDF and it is not keeping the information I added such as headers. This seems like a bug. Please look into this.

    Hi Sarah,

    Unfortunately the current custom PDF report of your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/63075395939975 was corrupted already. So it was not working properly as it should.

    To fix, please delete the current custom PDF report and just re-create it again using the PDF designer/editor.

    After creating a new PDF report check it again.
