Blocked emails?

    I am trying to use my normal email james.sayers@cbpower.coop as a recipient of the confirming email and the registration notification for this form https://form.jotform.com/62645625915967.

     

    I have used this in the past with no problem. Today I can receive no emails from noreply@jotform.com/ when sent to this email. I have checked and this is not being blocked here at my company.

     

    When I try alternative email address (my home email) the emails come through fine.

     

    Can you tell me if james.sayers@cbpower.coop is being blocked on your end for some reason?

    I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
