How to update this form to provide a monetary total based on the fields that users check on the form

Hi. I have a form that I need to calculate all totals at the end of the form in $. I cloned this form and it worked when I used it last year. But I see many things have been changed with Jot Form and I can't figure out how to update this form to provide a monetary total based on the fields that users check on the form.

You can add the Payment tool on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/63125349263152 and use the Custom Amount option in the payment.
