Not receiving notification emails

    The emails are not in the bounce list, nor our records show any problem

     

    Please check your spam folders and mark all of the emails you find in there as "not spam"

    Yeah, it is definitely not in my spam folders and I am receiving other JOTForms at that address.  

    Just not from this form.
