    My form has stopped working for some reason, can you help?

    Asked by TourDeAsia on May 10, 2012 at 10:41 AM

    When I go to the address (https://secure.jotform.com/form/13523007004) for a form I created it comes up with this message:

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' ); ^ ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined at v8_build_source.js:49:8

    It worked before.  Any idea why it doesn't work now?

    Thank you,

    Christopher Byrd

    @guest_23595908174060

    It should be fine now.

    We'd suggest to register a free account to JotForm to increase your monthly submissions limit (more info about submissions limit at our Pricing page) and to avoid losing access to your forms once your browsers cache/cookies is cleared. Your forms is in a guest account which means you aren't logged in when you created your forms.

    Thanks!
