    There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing warning

    Hello,

    I have this form https://form.jotform.me/Indoplay/market-research-survey and distributed it with shortened link https://goo.gl/IXGW0b.

    Some responders said that they had filled all required space and failed to submit.
    It shows the " there are errors on the form. please fix them before continuing".

    As for now, I only had these complaints but i am also having low number of submissions which is weird.

    I tried many time to fill with those 2 links and different devices. But it all works.

     

    Please help me find the error as I am worried that others are not able to submit as well.

    Dear Vita,

    I have checked your form on both on an android mobile device and on a computer.

    If any user does not fill all of the questions correctly, the error message will appear. For example; I have seen that your each field is required. If a user does not fill all of the questions, the user will see the error message. Or, if any user enters an invalid email address to the email field at the first page of your form, the user will see the same error message again as you can see the screenshot below:

     

    I have tested your form and it worked correctly as you can see the screenshot below:

    I have fulfilled your form many times and unfortunately, I did not see an issue on your form. Please make sure your customers fulfill your form carefully.

    Thank you for your help!

     

    I also suspect that however the person who made the complaint said that he tried few times in phone and laptop.

    He made sure all required fills were filled but still getting the notice.

    So i am just wondering if this is a different case.
