    My form doesn't submit

    Hi,

     

    I have a Jotform from on my website but after clicking submit it gives a "please wait" message. It never submits the form.

    I tried sending a submission to your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The form was just stuck to "Please Wait".

    There may be a conflict with the script on your form that is preventing the form from being submitted. Can you please try embedding the form to your page using the iFrame embed code? Please follow this guide on Getting the form iFrame code.

    Alternatively, you can also try using our Embed Form plugin on Wordpress: Embed JotForm in Wordpress using the Embed Form Plugin.
