Sub users can not see the form data

    On a number of occasions our sub users have complained that they can only see the ip information and not the table of form data which they need to.

    I have checked all of the permissions and it has been set up properly as per your instructions.

    It this a problem with the system?

    I have checked your account. Could you please tell your sub-users to use instead of for seeing submission list as your data stores in Europe.

    Dear David, 

    Also, I have checked some of your sub-users (such as ) and I have seen that they do not have a JotForm account. In order to see the submissions, they should have a JotForm account.

    I have checked and I have seen that JotForm sent an email to their email addresses to create an account to access their form as the following:

    Please tell your sub-users to check their email folders including Spam/Junk mail and tell them to create a JotForm account.
