Why I cannot see some fields in notification email?

    The second problem is on the test email it shows the box for the order form field, but when completing an order it does not show the order details at all just the fields above it.

    Hi,

    I have checked your test submission for this form and Notification Email settings of this form. 

    "Order Form" section is not required field for your form, so users can submit the form without Order Form selections. When I controlled your Notification Email settings, empty fields are hided in in email notifications. Therefore, if users submit your form without the Order Form fields, you can not see this section in your emails. 

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Click Email and Edit your Notification Email.

    2. In Advanced, find the "Hide Empty Fields" and make it "No".

    On the other hand, when I checked other settings in Email tab, there is no issue about these settings. Order Form section in your form was added to your Notification Email as you see in the following image.
