You've written without login. So I don't find any registered account associated with the e-mail address email@example.com. Please, could you provide me the form ID or registered account name which you've problem.
We have a security measures to keep your uploads. You may have enabled this option from the settings and because of that this problem has occurred. Please view the user guide about it.
