Unread submissions or messages in My Forms

Hi I have received one form and opened it a few times to view - but the system still show that it's new!

I believe you are referring to the unread messages/submissions in the My Forms page.

Select the form and then click the "Inbox" button to read the messages. You may also click the "More" button and choose the "Mark All as Read" option.
