I have a problem with opening attachments or supporting documents that has been uploaded.

I was not able to find a user account associated with your email address email@example.com. Can you please make sure you are logged into JotForm when replying to this thread so we can check your account. You can also give us more details regarding the concern such as the URL of the form you are having problem with and the links to files where you encountered the problem.
