Hi, my client is having problems with jot form email submission notifications. It's set to firstname.lastname@example.org and also to go to email@example.com BUT, what is happening is that firstname.lastname@example.org is getting 3 or 4 email submission notification emails of the same one and helen is not receiving any. Please could you investigate for me? It was working fine but all of a sudden the helen email is not getting any notifications through. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused!
I checked the e-mail address email@example.com. It seems everything is okay with this mail address. But the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org was in bounce list and because of this issue, e-mails couldn't be sent successfully.
I removed the e-mail address from the bounce list. Then I sent a test mail and you can see the result from the screenshot.
Please could you check it again and notify me if the problem persists?
