    Hi,

This is the direct link of your form: https://form.jotform.com/63103822034544

I then compared it to your website here: http://www.refugee.co.za/immref/. They have the exact order and layout of the form. I am not sure what fields are not displaying properly. Could you please provide us more information? A screenshot would also be helpful.

You could also try refreshing the page or using a different browser to see if that fixes the issue.

    We'll wait for your response.

This is happening because this is how the api fuctions to sync your forms and data with our mobile app which is responding accordingly.

It is based on when you created your forms and the order you chose when you built it and therefore the only way to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening is to re-build your form in exactly the order you want to see it then leave it that way.

To break this down so that you can understand what I mean by that for example.

You start off with Form A around 4pm today creating two fields.

    Form A:

    Field 1 - Name (created on 11/10/16 @4:01pm)

    Field 2 - Address (created on 11/10/16 @4:03pm)

    Field 3 - Radio (created on 11/10/16 @4:10pm)

However, later on around 5pm you then realize you want to change it or add something so you then go back into your form add another field you forgot.

Now your form then ends up like this:

    Form A Modified:

    Field 1 - Name (created on 11/10/16 @4:01pm)

    Field 4 - Phone (created on 11/10/16 @5:21pm)

    Field 5 - Email (created on 11/10/16 @5:25pm)

    Field 2 - Address (created on 11/10/16 @4:03pm)

    Field 3 - Radio (created on 11/10/16 @4:10pm)

Note the red vs green highlighting for comparison as well as the time "when" those were created so that becomes the new order which is out of order and that's why it displays wrong in the app.

    Hello,

Creating the form took a long while, including CSS adjustments.

Asking me to re-build it is unreasonable.

Would it be possible to adjust the time stamp on your end according the order of the actual form.

    Regards,

    Martin

Apologies for the inconvenience. I understand that rebuilding the form can take a long time. Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust the time stamp according to the order of the actual form. Because of how the API functions, the order of the fields in the mobile app will always be based on the order when that field was created. The only workaround we can suggest is to rebuild the form based on the order that you prefer.

    Hello,

With all due respect, I think your solution is irrational.

Fields in most people's form are due to change regularly as they adjust to users' interaction. You may not expect the form owner to rebuild the form each time a change is made refarding the order of the fields.

Please escalate this issue to JotForm's founder.

    Regards,

    Martin

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I re-create your form on my side and moved to your account. However, I could not inject CSS codes to form, because of your fields IDs did not match with the CSS codes on your form. Now, you can use this form with the correct order.

Please note that, if you add new fields or edit the form again then it will not be in the correct order again.

I also escalated this issue to our founder as per your request.

If you have any issue or question, feel free contact us.
