Form builder v4: Drag and drop not working properly with new fields when pagebreaks are added to the form

Asked by tecstop on November 09, 2016 at 09:39 AM

I'm trying out v4 and when I add an element to my second page with an element already present, it will only attach to the top of the page.  When I try to move it, it moves to the first page.

I am able to replicate the issue with drag and drop of fields when the page breaks are added to the form. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thank you!

I agree -in a large form with page breaks, the process of adding a new block and then attempting to click and drag to a new position is VERY difficult and haphazard to say the least - very difficult to place a block where you want it.

The solution I found which helps a little, is to reduce the ZOOM level of the browser view (e.g. CTRL + "-" ) to the point where I can see a lot more of the form to move things around.

But it is still painful and difficult.
