Is it possible to change the subaccount at any time?

Also, regarding the subaccount - is it possible to change the subaccount at any time? We have a temporary intern that needs to see submitted responses, however we will need to update the subaccount once she leaves.

Please let me know if changing the subaccount is possible.

Yes, you can add, delete or set permissions of your sub accounts whenever you want. 

To add a new sub account, please go to your account and then click "Users" tab or login Jotform and click this link directly.

You can invite the person via mail who will use the sub account and at the same time you should select the forms and set the permissions that you want to share with sub account. If you wish, you can share all of your forms. 

For both options you can limit the access to either "View Submissions" or "Edit Form" or both. Each user would appear in your Users List as shown below:

You can also delete your sub accounts permanently.
