I have created two form, one is a clone of another. After creating the clone copy and editing it, and trying to publish it both of my forms shows as disabled when I attempt to use the link to test them. How can this be corrected?

    Thank you,

Your account is suspended because of our phishing detector tool. It detected the word "password" on your form.

However, I don't find it guilty or phishing. So, I went ahead and activated your account. Please check our terms of use to avoid getting suspended again.

Hope that helps. If you need further help, don't hesitate to contact us again. Thank you.

    Thank you very much.

This is a questionnaire we are creating to provide a client. It's a question with a dropdown selectable answer. If I use these forms as-is will my account be suspended again or is this flagged as not phishing moving forward?

    Thank You.

    Hello Rob,

The form is currently in good status. However, if you added fields asking for login credentials and credit card information or just words such as username, password or credit card, there's a chance that your account might get suspended again. If that happens, please let us know so that we can review it.

Also, if a user of your form report it as phishing. We will review it and suspend you if it's true.

Hope that helps. Contact us again, if you need help.

    Thank you.
