my form says disabled pdfs cannot be created? what did I do wrong?

I am trying to create a pdf so that I can print my form.

I checked your form and was able to create  fillable PDF copy without issue.  If you are still unable to do so on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look. 

As far as printing the form goes, I would recommend adding a print button to the form and printing that copy of your form:

Printing the web version of the form will give you a much better looking copy.
