Deciding between free or premium options..please advise.

I am the assistant director of a preschool and I want to see if there is a way I can create an online school registration form where parents can fill it out online and submit it to us. Is there a way I can do this with the free option?

Yes, you can create a form and have the parents fill it online under the Free/Starter plan. Here are the Free/Starter plan limits:

100 submissions/10 payments per month
100 MB available storage space
1 sub-user account
1,000 monthly form views
500 total submission storage

If you are expecting more that 100 submissions, then I would recommend you getting a paid account. Please check our pricing page for more information.
