Adding a dropdown box to a widget

I am currently using the 'multiple text fields widget' to collect information about computer info. I would like to know if there is a way to add a simple Yes/No dropdown list to one of the questions instead of the text input. I've attached a screen shot of where I would like this to be.

Unfortunately, you can't have a drop down inside the multiple text fields widget.
