When I try to delete all the submissions on a form I get an error that says "wrong password". It doesn't give me a chance to enter a password so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I tried in Chrome and in IExplorer.

Load your browser in private/incognito mode or clearing your browsers cache/cookies. This should clear any cached passwords and allow for entering your password:
