How to change Title of Cloned Form

I have cloned a form and re named it and it is showing on my jot form desktop as the changed name. However when I publish the link to Facebook the name remains the original name

Please make sure that you have also updated/changed the Title name of the form in the Preferences / Advance settings in the Form Builder.
