Buttons and collapse elements do not work on form

    Hi, 

     

    My form https://form.jotformeu.com/62783416700354 does not work as it did before. The section collaps does not work and the print button, send button (Send data) does not work.

     

    What is wrong? I am using Chrome. It works before the jotform account changed.  Please help!

    There is some conflict caused by a Heading field on a second page of your form.

    Please remove that field and re-check the form. You can then add a new heading field.
