Disabled form loads blank lightbox on website

    I thought it was working (actually disabled) yesterday. But I came back today and the box was there but the content was gone.

    1) If you would like to show the form, please re-enable it, see the next guide.

    How to enable/disable a form

    2) If you would like to remove the form box from your web page, please remove the JotForm code from the web page.
