What is the Jotform V4?

What is the Jotform V4, and why would it be a good form to use over the current Jotform?

The Jotform V4 is the latest version of our form builder. You can use the v4 form builder to create forms on your account. This Jotform V4 has a completely new design compared to our previous V3 form builder. It also lets the user build their forms and preview them without having to open a new page.
