Can I customize the printable pdf?

Asked by greatlakesgm on May 10, 2012 at 02:49 PM

    GLGM Employment Application Full

I have created an employment application form to embed onto our website. I customized the notification emails so there is a 'printable version' for both the applicant and the hr department to keep records. I'd like to customize this pdf- but after reading through the forums, I don't think that is possible. Idealy it would have our logo and contact information displayed in the header/footer areas. BUT, I will settle for the name of the company. For some reason this header is not printing. Can you check on it?

Unfortunatelly, this is not doable at this time. Header field, Html field, and images are not included when you export to pdf the submission reports.
This request was already in the to-do feature request lists of our developers. Let us wait for the announcement when they have this feature implemented.

Thank you for considering our service. Please contact us if you have other inquiry/requirements with JotForm.

I have checked your submissions, and I can see the first header on the PDF view

Probably one or more notification settings are not set correct (I could find you have more than one)

Hi, I am not sure I followed your question correctly...
I know you can see those Header field, Html text, in the Submission Report.. BUT if you print or download it using the Get PDF Icon, they are not visible in the PDF file..

I maybe wrong but this was how it behaves the last time I checked. I

    I will check again.

Hi, as mentioned previously, this feature was already in our dev team's to do list.
You can find the originator of the ticket on this thread.

As is, -- unfortunatelly there is no viable quick fix or workaround to include logos, images, or the headers when exporting the file to pdf for print.

Although I do not have the estimated time when the feature will be implemented, the dev team are doing its best to provide it the soonest time.

    Thank you for your patience.

Can you please provide us the form ID# of the form which shows its headers in submissions Get PDF function?

We will try to check why it can show, and the others would not (which actually is the current behavior)

    Will await your response. Thanks.
