How can I move the form to another account without affecting its URL?

I have two accounts with jotform. One account is 'sadhanab' and another account is 'adipudi11'. Now I started a survey with the form created in the account 'sadhanab'.

but now I want to shift the survey form to my new account 'adipudi11' without affecting the link as the link is already shared with all the possible respondents. pl. help.   

We can move the form, the URL will be the same but not unless you are using a custom URL for the form. Let us know if not and we'll be happy to move it.
