DocuSign Widget is asking users to "close this window" prematurely, causing them not to submit the form

    The DocuSIgn widget is great!

However, after a user signs, they are presented with a "successfully signed" window but this is causing some customers to close their browser window (as they think everything is done and they do not need to do anything else).

They are not clicking on the Close button. This means that they are not returned to the form, and hence the form is never submitted (even if the widget is set to auto submit).

Can we get the messaging changed or remove this window?

Thank you for your input about this, and I understand your concern. At the moment, a user must close the popup window either by using the small X button in the corner of the popup, or by clicking on the blue Close Window button of the popup.

I have escalated this as a feature request to our developers, to see if the wording on the "success" page of DocuSign can be changed so users are not accidentally closing the entire form prematurely.

We will let you know through this thread if there are any updates in this regard.
