Jot Form email notifications are not being received

    The weddings enquiry forms are not being received. After talking to our email providers, it seems that around the 2nd or 3rd November, the email address was put on a QRL blacklist for potentially sending spam.

    Please can you let me know if this is the case and what is being done to rectify the issue?

    Hi Andrew,

    I have checked your mail log and it's clear that there has been an issue. The issue is actually, the emails are still being sent to you from a server that we have not been using. That is why they fail to reach you.

    This is an issue that our developers have been working on. For now, I recommend you to setup SMTP in order to receive your emails. Please read our simple guide to make it work:

    This will change the server of your email traffic with JotForm and you will be able to receive emails normally upon setting it up.
