Downgrading of account

    Dear Support,


    I've been sending emails and logging questions since Jul2016 with regards to my account/subscription with no reply or communication of any sort, form or attempt.  The cyclical downgrading attempts also failed one after the other.  If telephonic support is going to remain unavailable one would think that your email support would be impeccable. . . . .  


    JotForm's functionality is an integral part of 2 programs I'm currently running.  I want to continue the partnership.

    Hello Nadia,

    I did check our records and found that the last support email which was sent to us was on August 10, 2016 which was responded. You have created only one support thread in May 31, 2016 which was also responded:

    Do you want us to cancel your bronze monthly subscription plan? please confirm and we will do the needful.

    We will wait for your response.
