Whenever we receive a new form, it is going to the spam folder in our attached gmail account. Is there anything we can do from this end to prevent this from happening?

I checked your mail address related to your account. It wasn't in the bounce list.
Please provide us the details of the form which you have spam issue with. We would like to check the emails and the preferences you defined on the form.
I checked our logs and it looks like emails your account are being sent at this time. There are failed emails but the reason behind the failing is the wrong email address on the notification settings. You try to send to Adopt, which is not a proper email address.
In addition to that, we are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
Furthermore, I can suggest you to use SMTP settings for your emails. Here how you can define SMTP settings:
You need to allow your email account for usage. After applying the SMTP settings go to your mail account and apply necessary security privileges. There should be an email from your provider which defines the steps.
