SMTP vs. verified email vs. noreply@jotform.com?

We have a graduation application and over the last couple of months, several emails are not being sent and are being filtered out in the College's IT department.  I was told the whitelist changes all the time so that probably wouldn't help.  I was told by your support that I needed to use SMTP settings.  Our IT department won't give us those settings so my question is does the verified email work better than using the noreply@jotform email?

I placed the url of a form below.  I'm sure that is not the only form that is filtering out email submissions but it is the most critical form at this time.  Please advise.

Using a verified sender or using noreply@jotform.com will both send from our services.  If there is an issue with filtering, using either of those methods will have the same results.  Sending via SMTP sends directly from that address and does not use our services.  This is recommend for users experiencing filtering issues since it takes our serves our of the equation.

As far as I can tell, the emails for your form are sending successfully at this time.  I did not see any failed emails for any of your forms over the past week.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
