Recently we had issue with downloading customer file thru email ..
Here's the error msg.
Please let me know what's could be fix ?

There is currently a bug with file uploads with file names that contain # characters. This seems to be the case with your uploads as well. I will forward this to our developers to have a look. We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.
If the user uploads the files once again without the # characters in the file names, the files should work without issue.
