account suspended

when i make form and save it .. i go to preview and send me this message

i don't made my form disabled

why this message appear to me

Your account was suspended by our automatic phishing detector.  I checked your active form and it looks to be within our terms of use.  There were several forms in the trash for your account that I did not check.  If any of those form requests usernames, passwords or any sort of banking details, they are likely what caused your account to be suspended. 

I would recommend fully removing the forms from your trash to ensure they do not continue to cause issues for your account.  Here is our guide on restoring deleted forms:

Rather than clicking restore, click on "Purge" to remove the forms.
