Why my submissiosn are missing?

I am missing several forms that were submitted in 2014. Where did they go? Can I still access them somehow to run a report?

I see you have only one form under your account.

You deleted one form in 2015:

And you created two forms total since you created your account:

One of them is still there and another one I guess you renamed and deleted.

You can check all this in your History page.

Did you have some other forms?
