    Hi friends,

I don't undestand why sometimes the form shows and sometimes doesnt. I have a joomla site and this is the code I inserted, I enabled the option to allow javascript and don't modify the code in modules:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotformz.com/jsform/63097881087670"></script>

    Thanks for your help :)

Although I'm not sure yet what causes the issue since I'm not able to reproduce the said issue when I visited your website, I have a hunch that it is caused by a conflict between your website's scripts and the scripts in your form.

May I suggest you use the iframe code of your form in embedding your form to your website?

I would also recommend you just embed the <iframe> part and not include the <script> part when you copy the code.

Here's a guide that you may also use for reference.
