    Email notifications aren't being received by group mailboxes

    I created a form on this page: http://www.cse.edu/it/online-forms/equipment-reservation-form. It has conditional logic that hides two fields unless a particular location is selected. Notifications are supposed to be sent to aides@cse.edu, but it's not going through. However, notifications to individual email addresses come through fine.

    This is very strange, but this form: http://www.cse.edu/it/online-forms/computer-lab-reservation sends notifications to the same email address and that one works. The only difference appears to be that it doesn't have any conditional logic tied to it.

    I tried disabling the conditional logic, but it still doesn't work. Please advise.

    I just cloned your form and did a test, I received submissions to both of my emails (using conditions).

    Also, your conditions are set to some other emails:

    Could you try re-creating condition and see if that works?

    Also, please check if emails, somehow, ended in your Junk/Spam folder.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

    I updated the list to include all the individual people who are in the groups we originally had as recipients so that they can still receive any requests. The problem is that we have another form (http://www.cse.edu/it/online-forms/computer-lab-reservation) using the aides@cse.edu address as an email recipient and it works fine. So it doesn't make any sense why notifications from this form won't go to that address. You know what I mean?

    I have checked your form and submitted it, I can see the emails are being sent to the email address you're mentioning, here is also a screenshot of the email that was sent:

    I would  suggest you to set up a custom sender email address so you avoid bouncing problems and have more control over the sender info, this guide will help you to set up your custom sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form 

    If after setting up your custom sender email you cannot receive your emails, please let us know.
