I believe that my email address email@example.com has a block in your system. I believe this because my firstname.lastname@example.org address works when I create a form that should be sent to me. Also, other people in our organization have no trouble receiving there email @ the .com address. Could you check into why my email@example.com will not receive email to me through JOTFORM into my inbox or my spam folders?

I have checked the email address you provided and I found it in our bounce list, here is the reason why it was in:Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from rocketmail.com
I have already removed it from the bounce list and you should receive emails now, please also follow this guide so you avoid your email address to get into our bounce list: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
If the problem still persists, you should set up your custom sender email using SMTP, this way you use your own mail server info, this guide will help you to set it up: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
