I have a text/header field that is needed on the pdf as it is part of a contract. When one selects a promo code the % changes in the field and the other fields with diff. % are hidden. It works great live on the site/form. Once the submission comes to the notification all of the hidden fields are shown. The point of this form was to be automated. Now only manually deleting the flieds that were hidden when the promo code was selected (and looked right on the form) can change the pdf/submission. help please!

As I can understand your problem you are not getting the text in your form in the PDF report, I have checked it and I can see you have some widgets that display text, do note that if the widget is checked then the text in it will be included in the submission.

I have also checked the PDF report layout and I can see not all the widgets are included, what I would suggest you is to try resetting the PDF layout, this way you will have all the fields included there.

To reset the PDF layout go to the submissions page and click on the option PDF -> Customize PDF: 

Once there click on the reset button:
