    Can I customize the notification email?

    Hello. I would like to add a logo in the notification email sent from the form. Is it possible? I also would like to change the width of the columns

    Hello liyam,
    Your response helped me a lot. I have another question: I need to make a version 2 of my form so I cloned it. I edited it, added some questions and when I try to customize the email notification I see a column has been added (previously, in the original form, I was able to erase the second column, which has all the responses, and move them in rows below their corresponding question). Now I can’t erase that second column. I can’t even select it. But if I create a new form from zero, then I can add and erase columns as I need. Of course I want to clone my forms, not create a new one every time I need one.
    I am attaching two screenshots to make it easier to explain, the first one is the one I can’t select and erase the column and the second one is the one I can. I hope I explained my self clearly

    Unfortunately, by replying via email it won't attach the image which was there from the email to here in the forum. I would suggest to please visit this link instead and attach your image here:


    But in response to your concern: You can modify your email alert's HTML code in order to have full control on the table and remove the columns that can't be deleted, provided however that you have knowledge on HTML.

    But just in case, we can help you fix the table of the email alert for you. Simply provide us the URL or ID of the form and tell us which email alert (if there is more than one), and we'll do it for you.
