I received a weird message on my email for every time someone fills the form says:" This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing"

One possible reason why you received that alert is because you have the sender email address the same as the recipient address. It's telling you that you are you sending from somewhere else and a possibility of someone impersonating you.
You can either disregard that notice and leave it as be, or you can change your email notification sender address in order to address this problem (I would recommend to change the sender address).
